Partnerships are valuable to achieve common goals, as advocated in SDG 17, and we must unite to resolve the common environmental issue of ocean plastic.
We hope you’ll come and meet us at the Ocean Plastic Forum International Business2Business event on the 5th of December, hosted by Ocean Plastic Forum and Danish Engineers’ Association.
As members of Ocean Plastic Forum, we are dedicated to creating change in the plastic industry and changing our behavior in consuming plastic, and our ways of discarding it. As a strong advocate of a circular economy, we believe that by increasing the level of plastic included in a circular economy, we will lower our greenhouse gas emission and unsustainable production of plastic by reusing the already produced plastic. With increased traceability in the plastic industry, we will be able to achieve increased reusing and a more sustainable discard of single-use plastic, instead of continuous plastic pollution of our oceans.
Being pioneers in maritime traceability, we would like to share some of our knowledge and passion for a circular economy, and how we believe this can be corporated in the plastic industry. Come and meet us, or one of the other interesting companies and representatives for a talk on how we can cooperate in achieving our common objectives.
